2005 Rosé (Cabernet / Syrah) Series III

Not your typical Rosé...this wine is delightfully dry with a voluptuous fruit and attractive body. It was co-fermented from a field blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Syrah from our family vineyards. It was then gently pressed over the course of two days to achieve its brilliant ruby color and lush fruit flavors.
